Meet Kegan

NICE TO MEET YOU!

Kegan Unger

Kegan found yoga as a means to reconnect her mind and body after a long and continual
struggle with an eating disorder. She was first invited to attend a hot yoga class with her sister-in-law
and immediately fell in love with the practice and branched out to different styles. In 2018 she
completed her 200hr YTT in Vinyasa and Hatha with Yoga OMazing and immediately began teaching
athletes.

Feeling her body’s desire to slow down and to learn more about incorporating props and
alignment into her teaching, Kegan sought out a teacher training to fulfil her interests. In 2021 she
completed her 300hr Alignment-Based training with Rachel Lundberg. Now she is enjoying teaching with
the blend of knowledge from both trainings and does so in her warm unique way bringing in an extra
level of human to the environment.

If you don’t see Kegan in the studio, you will likely find her on an adventure. Whether that is
learning something new that is sparking her interest, trying a new hobby like kayaking, paddle boarding
or bouldering, or hanging out and connecting with her kids.
