RECLAMATION - Embodied Sensual Movement

Our bodies were made to move. We feel music, and the movements of dance on a deep, cellular level.

Reclaiming the experience of expressing ourselves in a sensual, embodied way allows us to relish in slowness, softness, sensuousness, and our own emotions. These classes can help you re-connect with your breath, re-gain strength and flexibility in your muscles, re-center movement from your core, and re-find pleasure in your own body.

We will practice different skills or prompts in each class that will help you deepen your connection to your body, your movement, your pleasure.

InBodyWise™ Monthly

A free monthly gathering of brain, body, and heart integration.

Each gathering will host a topic that embodies brain, body, and heart teachings, practices, and explorations which may include group discussion, body movement, and breath practices (no movement experience is required). Each gathering will be offered In-Person and Online.

Mindful Eating for a Loving Body

This workshop offers a gentle reminder of your birthright to enjoy food. When you can truly relax and enjoy the act of eating, everything inside slows down and opens to your aliveness.

While mindful eating is the practice of this workshop, healing your relationship with your body is the goal. With this in mind this class will teach:

The conscious nature of the body and how it reacts to judgment vs love
How to know you’re good looking and enjoy seeing yourself in the mirror
An overview on engaging physical pain and discomfort with peace
A deeper exploration of the senses and how they are the spiritual avenue through which our soul connects to the world
